ARC prepares a variety of productions related to the arts and culture. Programs range from weekly television discussions and commentary mirroring current activities to penetrating productions on historical, cultural, social or educational issues. The intent is to produce thought-provoking programming with life long learning values. Program subjects and topics reflect local and national concerns and interests.
