It’s time for the convening of thousands of producers, presenters, performing artists, and thought leaders to engage in a crucial match-making dance. A pivotal time for artists dependent on tours and presenters eager to open audiences to some of the finest available arts and those pushing the boundaries.

Structured around keynote speeches, plenaries, workshops, all manner of affinity group meetings, artists pitches, an EXPO room and tons of meet and greets.

On the first day of the conference, a number of discipline specific convenings are made available to the community free of charge.

For those who are in NYC, many of the dance, music, jazz, theater, family, circus art and classical music performances are open to the public. However, APAP members generally secure priority tickets–understandable.

Students can access the matrix of amazing resources and professionals by volunteering.
